Sally has been providing supervision to individuals, groups and organisations over the last 20 years. She believes that good supervision is vital to support the counselling work and hopes her sessions offer space for a therapist to be real. This means sharing the whole range of work together, both the successes and those moments when it all goes wrong, plus all the bits inbetween. She strives to build a relationship with her supervisees where discussion of the work is honest, self-reflection is developed, and solid supportive presence is offered to mull over the tricky bits of work with clients.
What to expect
Sally's preference is to use the Process Model, but her training at Bristol University prepared her to use 4 different models of supervision. She hopes this offers flexibility to enable supervisees to choose a way of working to suit their needs.
Sally can provide supervision both to individuals and to groups, working face to face or by telephone and online video platforms. The cost is £60 per hour. If telephone supervision is taken, the supervisee is expected to carry the call costs.
